Sila pastikan borang tempahan ini diisi dengan betul dan seandainya anda
masih ragu-ragu harap e-mail kami semula untuk membuat pengesahan
TIDAK LEBIH DARIPADA 24 JAM setelah Borang Tempahan dan Pesanan
Online ini disubmit.
Setelah tempoh ini, pihak kami menganggap pesanan ini adalah muktamad
dan tidak boleh dibatalkan kerana kami menggunakan khidmat agen
penghantaran yang dilantik dan dibayar pengkhidmatan mereka berdasarkan
setiap penghantaran.
PENGHANTARAN
Setakat ini kami belum lagi membuat penghantaran di luar dari Malaysia.
Harga-harga yang ditawarkan adalah terendah DAN TERMASUK
PENGHANTARAN DI SEMENANJUNG MALAYSIA SAHAJA. Sila tambah
RM10.00 bagi tempahan dari Sabah/Sarawak.
DISCLAIMER
We guarantee you all your order will be delivered to you ALIVE but based on
no later than 4 hours from delivery time. Please ensure to follow the basic
instructions upon delivery of the product:-
1. Open the pack box and open the seal of the plastic which contain the
FancyPetFish. Please confirm the species not later than 4 hours from
received time.
2. We proposed you not to release your FancyPetFish directly to your
existing tank or aquarium. Please prepare your alternative tank or basin which
already filled with free from chlorine water. Then put the plastic bag inside the
tank or basin and then wait until 12 hours then you can release it to your
existing tank or aquarium.
3. Please update your information or knowledge to know what type of fish
cannot mix together.
